Why would anyone ever sell their house to a ‘We Buy Amarillo Houses’ company? Why not just sell it with a Realtor?
This is actually a great question. It is a question I am frequently asked. There are actually several reasons why working with an investor may be a better option than listing with a Realtor.

- Condition. Some houses are in such bad condition that they will not qualify for a bank loan. There is very little chance that they will ever sell with a Realtor.

Now don’t get me wrong. I like Realtors. Heck my wife is a Realtor so I understand how hard they work.
