your last address
This page has absolutely nothing to do with Real Estate but it is without a doubt the most important page on our site. We have a question for you. What is your eternal address? Where do you plan on spending eternity? You see, Real Estate markets rise and fall. People buy and people sell. We see good times and we see bad times. But everything on this earth is just temporary.
The mortality rate in Amarillo, Lubbock, and Plainview is 100%. Some day we will all die. It’s just that simple. Here is what the Bible has to say about this subject.
Romans 3:10 As it is written: "There is none righteous, no, not one;" (This means that there is no one who does right all of the time, or who is totally pure in heart and life.)
Romans 3:11 There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. (No one, left to himself, will seek to find God, for he doesn’t understand the condition he is in.)
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (No matter how good we live, there is still sin in our lives. And, because of sin, we all fall short of what God wants us to be.)
Romans 6:23a For the wages of sin is death. ("Wages" is payment or a paycheck. because we are sinners, if we die in our sins, the paycheck we will receive will be "death," eternal separation from God.)
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Do you want to know how much God loves you? Look at the cross. Christ was punished by death for your sins.)
Romans 6:23b ...but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Do you want forgiveness of your sins? Do you want to be saved? You can have it as a free gift from God. How? Read on.)
Romans 10:9a That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus ("Confess" means to tell God what you believe about Jesus Christ. He wants to know that you believe Jesus is Lord and Savior, and that you believe His death on the cross was in payment for your sins. Next…)
Romans 10:9b ...and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, (God wants to know that you believe that Jesus is alive today. Then…)
Romans 10:9c ...you will be saved. (That’s God’s promise: If you acknowledge your belief in Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection – that He did this for you – God will give you eternal life. How do you acknowledge this? Read one more verse.)
Romans 10:10 For with the heart one believes to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation.
Romans 10:13 For "whoever calls upon the name of the LORD shall be saved."
If you can’t remember a time and a place when you asked Jesus into your heart you need to do some serious soul searching. Your eternal address depends on it.
Please understand that we are not writing this to impress you if you are a Christian. We do not put a cross or a fish symbol on our business cards. We believe a person’s actions are much more important. We don’t flaunt our Christianity in order to bring in more business.
Also understand that if you aren’t a Christian or you have no interest in becoming a Christian that we still want to do business with you! We buy Amarillo, Lubbock, and Plainview houses from people who have all sorts of different beliefs. When you call us we only ask you about your house and NOT about your religion. We are not going to try to ‘push our religion on you.’ We just wanted to make you aware of this incredible free gift that is available to you. That’s why we have written this page.
